Our guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Important Notice

Due to the nature of our alumni merchandise and event-based products, all sales are considered final. Please review the policy sections below for specific guidelines on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. General Policy

All purchases made through the SVNHS Alumni Shop are considered final sale. We encourage you to review product details, sizes, and descriptions carefully before placing your order.

As our items are produced in limited quantities for specific events and occasions, we maintain a strict policy to ensure fairness for all alumni members.

2. Eligible for Return / Exchange

We will accept returns or exchanges only under the following circumstances:

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a product with manufacturing defects, damage, or quality issues that were present upon delivery.

Wrong Item Received

If you received an item different from what you ordered (wrong product, size, or color).

Incomplete Order

If your order is missing items that were included in your confirmed purchase.

Claims must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order, with photo or video evidence of the issue.

3. Not Eligible for Return / Exchange

The following situations are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

Change of mind after purchase

Incorrect size selection (please refer to our Size Chart)

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Items without original tags or packaging

Claims made after 3 days from receiving the order

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to submit a return or exchange request:

Contact Us

Reach out to us via our Facebook page or website within 3 days of receiving your order.

Provide Details

Include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos or videos as proof.

Wait for Review

Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days with a resolution.

Resolution

If approved, we will arrange for a replacement or exchange depending on stock availability. Refunds may be issued at our discretion.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued when a replacement or exchange is not possible (e.g., out of stock). If approved:

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after the request is approved.

Refund Method

Refunds will be returned via the original payment method (GCash, bank transfer, etc.).

Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Cancelled Orders

Orders may be cancelled by our team if:

  • The payment proof is invalid or does not match the order amount.
  • Payment was not received within the required timeframe.
  • The reference number provided is incorrect or duplicated.

If your order is cancelled, you will be notified via email with the reason. You may place a new order at any time.
